hello,
i use PEAR DB 1.6.1. Because of free hosting, mysql server gets sometimes too
busy, so there's an error - "too many connections".
so, i want to catch this error and inform the visitor on a nice page what is
going on..
how can i do it?
i know i can catch errors with $db->getCode() but i can't handle "too many
connection" error.
or am i wrong?
