Describe your classes on pear-dev@lists.php.net and give
people a chance to discuss about them (you should put the
source code of your classes somewhere on the web).
For putting your classes into the repository you can ask
someone on the pear-dev list to do that for you or you
can apply for a own CVS account on http://www.php.net/.
