I have a "subdirectory" installation of PEAR
I have
PEAR.db + PACKAGE
DB.php + PACKAGE
and I have a function call which fails
the function is
is_a
in detail this function is invoked by DB.php
function isError($value)
{
return is_a($value, 'DB_Error');
}
I can't locate where it should be defined
