I've just downloaded and installed PEAR with a modicum of success. I've got
a few packages downloaded and working but the main reason I wanted to
install PEAR is to use XML_Serializer. As of this time, I cannot get this
package to download without receiving this error:
No release with state equal to: 'stable' found for 'XML_Serializer'
I checked the archives and read a bit about an old CVS issue a few months
ago (same error even though packages were in fact stable) but that has since
been fixed. I'm also not able to view this package in the pear list-all
command.
Do I have to change a setting or is it truly unavailable at the moment?
