In trying to dump my db to an XML file using the Serializer, I'd received
this comment for each row/entry iteration in my db:
PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in name/pear/lib/XML/Serializer.php
on line 496
I checked the Serializer.php at line 496:
if ((string)$tag["content"] == '') {
$tag["content"] = '';
}
And it looks like a simple 'check if blank and set to blank' statement. Any
idea why this line would be kicking back errors. None of my db fields have
empty elements, so each node created should have some value.
I checked the archives and someone working with QuickHTML had mentioned an
outdated package was the problem. I'm currently running:
PEAR 1.3.1 stable
PHPUnit 1.0.1 stable
XML_Parser 1.1.0 stable
XML_RPC 1.1.0 stable
XML_Serializer 0.9.2 beta
XML_Util 0.5.2 stable
Any insights?
Cheers,
Lincoln
