I don't know any CMS using PEAR, but I'm planning to contribute such a
feature in SPIP, one of the greatest CMS I use these days.
SPIP is a french project, but people currently work on i18n and
translation of the documentation.
You can find it here : http://www.uzine.net/spip/
There are more and more web sites running SPIP, such as :
http://www.uzine.net/
http://www.monde-diplomatique.fr/
http://mondediplo.com/
http://www.afup.org/
http://www.gasteroprod.com/ (one of mine)
And a lot of others on http://www.uzine.net/article884.html
I can tell you more in private if you need ...
Regards,
-Nicolas
