Hi Stefan,

no. always non-persistent.

I upgraded the server now to MySQL 4.0.20 and php-4.3.7. No success.

I isolated the location where the php script (sometimes) exists by simply
adding echo's. But it's confusing, looks like a engine error, dunno.
I added echos
- before require_once 'DB/common.php';
- after require_once 'DB/common.php';
- before class DB_mysql
- at the end.
If script dies, only output is:
before require common
Now i commented out the require_once line
before require common
after require common
before class
but _NO_ echo at the end of the file !!
That makes no sence ! There is no regularity in it!
