I am using PostgreSQL's native SSL support and wanted to setup a
connection within PHP using Pear to this database. I found the example
for setting up SSL connections to MySQL with the mysqli driver and was
going to use the same configuration modified a little to work with
PostgreSQL. The only problem is that the certificate I am using has a
password and I cannot find any documentation on whether it is possible
to pass a password to the certificate from the DSN configuration.
