DB::storage BUG

using DB_storage again
when i do the following:
$s = new DB_storage( "mytable" , array("maintype","subtype") ,
$db );
$s->setup(array("settings","toolbar"));
i get this where clause:
where=maintype = 'settings''settings' AND subtype =
'toolbar''toolbar'
to correct this i removed line 108 in _makeWhere
" $whereclause .= "'$keyval[$i]'"; "
then i get the proper where clause as i expect it
where=maintype = 'settings' AND subtype = 'toolbar'
tell me if I'm wrong !!
