Well, I haven't changed it in a while and it wasn't seen as a good addition to PEAR. You can still get the source and such here: http://www.reversefold.com/PEAR You can also get other PEAR related stuff there. Check out the docs for DB_DataObject_FormBuilder while you're at it.
