Considering what a nightmare building the imagick extension usually is - this is a new one... try #pear download imagick untar it and do the process the old way... phpize ./configure .....
loading cache /dev/null within ltconfig ltconfig: you must specify a host type if you use `--no-verify' Try `ltconfig --help' for more information.
probably worth hacking the ./configure to add --no-verify either that or update libtool / etc. Regards Alan
