Also, do you get the same error, if you go to the page? Trevan

Actually, I was wrong. It didn't fix it. It just fooled me for a while, but the error popped up again. Also, I just tried FireFox .9. Trevan

If I comment the session_start() at the top of the page, the radio button works as expected and no switching occurs. But when it is on, the switching will occur. Same if I disable cookies and the reenable them. I guess your problem is related to sessions then. In your form, it looks like there is a PHPSESSID hidden var, maybe it is conflicting with a value somewhere else ? Your problem does not seem to be related to QuickForm or its controller, you are talking about cookies and sessions. All the controller does is use an existing session and store some values in a private container. Try to debug what's wrong with your session handlers. Bertrand Mansion Mamasam I fixed this. It turns out that once I turned off session_trans_id and turned on use_only_cookies in my php.ini file, it stopped the behavior. I have even been able to mimic the behavior without QuickForm, so it is something to do with php's basic session handler (which I use). Thanks, Trevan
