Hmmm. Ok so I changed to:
require_once ('HTML/Template/ITX.php');
and
$tpl =& new HTML_Template_ITX('.');
And now everything works. The End-user docs don't say anything about what
ITX is vs IT - in fact I had no idea it existed until seeing references to
it in HTML_Quickform. =(
