Does anyone know of an OS package (PEAR of not) that can read the data from an Excel file into some sort of usable format? I know you can create them with Spreadsheet_Writer_Excel but I need to pull the data from an Excel file.
Thanks,
Scott Mattocks
P.S. Saving the file as tab delimited or CSV is not an option. I need to read from the Excel formatted file.
