Windows 2000 Server Install Error. I am Using Apache

Hello All,   I am trying to install PEAR and I have tried to use the following methods. 1. I downloaded the go-pear.php, saved it to a file and changed directories to were the file was and typed php go-pear.php. It gave me some errors. 2. I read some mail postings and saw that PEAR already came with my version of PHP, so I changed directories to PHP then ran the bat file to install PEAR and got the following error.   Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem...
