HTML_QuickForm, Confirmation and Review Page

I am trying to create a simple confirm page for my form where it will display the values submitted for a final review, but I seem to be coming across a bit of a problem. Instead of printing out the submitted values, it is printing out the default values. I think my problem is the name being the same, and that I might need to change the name and then set the value for the new frozen text field. Anybody have an idea or suggestion on how I can create this review page? Trevan
