Hi Michael, I can only give you a rough esteem of the speed of the containers, since I haven't done any real and complete benchmark. I suppose the gettext driver is the fastest one, especially if you have prefetch=false and you don't use get[Raw]Page(), since it relies on the gettext native extension which is really fast. But also when using prefetch=true or get[Raw]Page() you probably get pretty good performances, since Michael Wallner did a wonderful job with his php File_Gettext class. Regarding the db drivers, I have some more concrete figures, and I can tell you that - from fastest to slowest - this is the order: MDB2 MDB DB with the difference between each one being often small.
