hi.
i just downloaded the latest php and tryin to install some packs. when launching "go-pear" i get the following error in the webinstaller
Extracting installer..................Unsupported compression type '' Supported types are 'gz' and 'bz2'.
and in the command-line tool (launched using go-pear.bat) i get this error:
Invalid checksum für file and then some nice abstract ascii-art.
I experienced the same problems with the installer in a earlier version of PHP. Manual installation of the packages of course works.
Anyone has a clue? Just cannot find anything in the pear-manpages :/
