HTML_QuickForm_Controller bind action to hyperlink

Regarding this section from the FAQ (http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.html.html-quickform-controller.faq.php): "If you want to bind an action to something like a hyperlink, you must consider the following: the form must be submitted to be able to get its values, thus you need to write some javascript that will submit the form and somehow pass the action name to the controller. " Has anyone successfully implemented this? I have tried numerous javascript snippets that never seem to work quite right. I guess I don't quite understand what passing the action name to the controller entails. Any ideas? Thanks, Jon
