DB Error: extension not found

Hi,
I have recently setup some software which is using PEAR to connect to a
MYSQL Database, I have configured the connection string etc. the error
message I receive when trying to access the page is "DB Error: extension
not found"
I cannot figure out why this is happening.
These are the packages I have installed with PEAR:

If you can suggest anything to get around this error, I would really
appreciate it.
