This is my solution to auto fill the fields in onBlur event via simple request with js enable: (Ps: $usuario is the DataObject, $form is a QuickForm and $mat is a ID) Code to QuickForm: ........................................................................ $form->addElement('text', 'matUsuario', 'Matrícula: ', array('onBlur' => 'location=\'/www/demo/?action=setDemo&mat=\'+matUsuario.value')); ........................................................................ ...this produce a javascript redirect to: /www/demo/?action=setDemo&mat={value_of_matUsuario_field} ...then I recover de value with $_Request['mat']... ........................................................................ $mat = $_Request['mat']; ........................................................................ ... and check... ........................................................................ if ($mat) {
