I noticed that the SOAP package, at least when used as Server, and at least when generating WSDL document, doesn't specify a codepage for the generated XML document.
Is there a way to tell PEAR::SOAP to set a specific codepage in the "<?xml version="1.0"?>" tag? Or better yet, give it the codepage I'm using, and have it recode my strings to utf-8 using iconv()? :)
