Possibly your path names have not been set correctly in your environment
variables -
I've had that with the download all flags - where it's dumped into an
incorrect directory.
Possibly you've got an old env variable stored (or you've got one too
many /pear/'s in your path)

Subject: [PEAR] pear upgrade-all problem
Hi!
Is pear upgrade-all having a problem right now?
When I do upgrades it seems to work but in the end the new version is
not in the system (indicated by pear list/pear list-all) Only upgrading
specific packages does work ...
Can someone fix that? Or at least confirm the problem?
I am using Win XP/Win 2000 - both have the problem ... so it should at
least be the Win part of the server and not just one of my machines.
regards
Daniel
