Klaus,
I'd try upgrading HTML_Common. Because it sounds like what's happening is that the attributes are not being generated properly (echo $array, where $array is an array, outputs "Array").I agree, that's what it looks like to me too, but I just installed PEAR and the HTML_QuickForm package. A quick check shows things are up to date. Installed packages: =================== +----------------+---------+--------+
| Package | Version | State | | Archive_Tar | 1.2 | stable | | Console_Getopt | 1.2 | stable | | HTML_Common | 1.2.1 | stable || HTML_QuickForm | 3.2.3 | stable |
| PEAR | 1.3.1 | stable | | XML_RPC | 1.1.0 | stable |+----------------+---------+--------+
For more details on what the dependencies are, check http://pear.php.net/package/HTML_QuickFormThat tells you what other packages depend on HTML_QuickForm, I didn't see any listing of what packages HTML_QuickForm relies on. I tried issuing the "package-dependencies" command from the command line and got back, "This package does not have any dependencies." which I don't think is quite correct. -Erik On Sep 22, 2004, at 11:24 AM, Klaus Guenther wrote:

I followed my hosts instructions for installing the base packages and I do get a form when trying an example, it's just that the HTML tag is incorrect.
