Hi group
I like the use of getAll() with and without the DB_FETCHMODE_FLIPPED option - but I also like the portability of limitQuery() when I need to limit my queries.
As I see it I have two options:
1: Use limitQuery() and extract the information to an array - possibly "flipping" the data along the way - this "extra" code is what I'm avoiding when using getAll()!
2: Use getAll() with the LIMIT restriction in the query - (I'm currently using MySQL but would like the option to change in the future if necessary!) and this approach would decrease portability as far as I can see?
3: Are there any other options I might have over-looked?
Hope you can help me out here!
Cheers, Tommy Ipsen
