I'm a one man band working for an ad agency...good times. At any rate, a client has requested that form values submitted through their website be written to an excel document.Hi, I can't help with the PEAR install, but: if it's just for some "Excel compliant" download, you could easily write the data into a plain vanilla CSV file, but send this with a MIME type of "application/vnd.ms-excel" or "application/x-msexcel" to tell the browser to launch Excel. Excel will open this file correctly and render it as a table. Even if the file is saved on the (local) file system your client can open the CSV directly, and Excel will behave the same way. Just a thought. Have fun, CirTap
