I installed php 4.2.1 with the following command
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/php4.2.1 --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs \
--with-pear=/usr/share/pear/ --with-mysql \
--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/etc/
and i get the same error when i try to use my php proxy

the error is
Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/test/otto.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/share/pear/') in Unknown on line 0
