"Bind to quickform"? To use HTML_QuickForm you have to create and
process the form with HTML_QuickForm. There is no way IMHO to create
an HTML_QuickForm from a custom HTML form. However, if your form is
set you can leave the display to your custom form and, on submit,
create an HTML_QuickForm object with all of the same fields for
validation and processing.
