Release notes

- possibility to add config-file for including other fonts

- call of java objects is completely rewritten
- $fop = new XML_fo2pdf("input.fo") should not be used anymore, use
$fop->run("input.fo") instead
- can output not only pdf, but also ps/pcl/txt and whatever fop supports
- Documentation moved to README.fo2pdf
- better and more error reporting
- setRenderer() sets now also the content-type
