Make sure you use setCurrentBlock and parseCurrentBlock each time you change of major block.
Yup. I'm doing that, and parsing the block from the inside out. So for each major block the minor blocks are set and parsed first. Since I posted I've also gotten an error from IT.php on line 424. There is a foreach loop which is being passed a value which isn't an array. This is making me wonder if I've run into a bug in this version(IT.php v 1.5) ? Thanks for your time. Andrew Cant
