Problem installing in WinXP + PHP5.02

I'm just starting with PEAR: I followed the installation procedure from: http://www.sitepoint.com/article/getting-started-with-pear/2 on WinXP with PHP5.02 I used all default from go-pear.php and added the path c:\php5\pear to the environment and added the ENV var to the registry. Also I accepted the change to my php.ini When I try the command pear -v in the cmd line I get the Fatal error: Call to undefined method console_Getopt::getopt2() in c:\php5\PEAR\pear\pearcmd.php on line 54 Same thing with pear.bat Can someone help me to understand the origin of this error?
