Below is the code. I'd like to get a handle to the date so I can
format it to go back into MySQL date field.
Any ideas or help is, as always, much appreciated! If you know of a
better way to reformat the data for MySQL, I'd apprecaite knowing
that as well.
====================================================
$options = array(
'language' => 'en',
'format' => 'YMdHi',
'minYear' => 2001,
'maxYear' => 2005);
$form->addElement('date', 'date12', 'Date', $options);
.....
if ($form->validate()) {
$form->process('process_data', false);
exit;
}
function process_data ($values) {
echo "<pre>";
var_dump($values);
echo "THIS IS THE DATE: ".$date12;
echo "</pre>";
}

In the above code I have tried every variation, except the right one,
of array notation.
Here's what shows on screen after processing:
["date12"]=>
array(5) {
["Y"]=>
string(4) "2001"
["M"]=>
string(1) "1"
["d"]=>
string(1) "1"
["H"]=>
string(1) "0"
["i"]=>
string(1) "0"
}
