Missing files

I installed HTML_Quickform in my web script and have PEAR installed in my webroot. I think I have correctly set the include_path to both directories. The problem is, it keeps looking for HTML/Common.php, but it isn't in the PEAR/HTML folder, how do I get this file? I can't really troubleshoot my include_path settings if the file isn't there in the first place.
