Well....it is possible to use a template system to do this. You can use the Array renderer for QuickForm or the ArraySmarty renderer. You could very easily put in a placeholder in which outputs the pieces, then process the template through Smarty. See the renderer docs and examples in the QF package.
Hmm, thanks. What I have to figure out is something that will allow for working in the WYSIWYG restraints of the SDK of Adobe GoLive, using PEAR as the base library, and keeping things simple and non-scary for the novice who is on the learn. Now I have to find if I can fit this (below) into GoLive and PEAR where the HTML is handled mostly by the editor, and QuickForm renderers the form HTML and handles processing. [document in editor] new HTML_QuickForm [form{attributes edited via GoLive Gui}] - begin
[element edited via GoLive Gui] => onload in server displays element [element edited via GoLive Gui] => onload in server displays element
[validate] [process form] [/form] Off to got thourgh all the examples and the functions. Having the so well commented makes discovering their workings much easier. enjoy the day... Jimtom Polk datdone@camalot.com www.jimtompolk.com
