Template blocks, QuickForms and iteration

I've just come from using the PEAR port of PHPLib for templating to trying to use
QuickForms and Sigma (or similar) templates. What I'm trying to achieve is to
repeat a block from the template 0-n times on a page.
For example:
We have a page containing a list all the soft-drink machines at a given site. Each of
the list items is simply a link to another page with a parameter tacked on the end. If
there are no machines at this site, display a string saying so.
Which renderer / template engine will allow me to do this? None of the examples
I've been able to find (in doc/HTML_Quickform or on the net) show this many-to-one
relationship in the template.
