Pear::DB and FreeTDS

Hello, I am having a slight problem with utilizing PHP, MSSQL, PearDB and
FreeTDS. I have tested the connection with FreeTDS, and I have successfully
connected. However, after trying many different combinations of DSNs for
pear::db, I have not figured out how to get it to connect!
This is not necessarily a big problem, as I could technically just rewrite
and not use pear::DB... but I'd rather not ya know? lol.
I read as much fo the documentation as I could regarding the DSN and
connectivity... but i see nothing other than the basic mssql:: connection
(which didnt work).
Is there any way?
I have php 5.0.2 compiled with freetds support, as well as mssql support. I
am using apache 1.3.3. any other information I suppose I can give o.o SQL
server 2000 too btw.
