Hi,
"go-pear" is now reimplemented in PHP, and should work on Windows too.
If you have any interest in it, please give it a shot and let me know if
you have any problems.
How to use:
Unix: lynx -source http://pear.php.net/go-pear | php -q
(don't need -q if you're running the cli binary)
Windows: download go-pear from your browser and run "php -q go-pear"
- Stig
