Lots of the names of options have also changed. Anything that
had_underscores is now bumpyCaps.
Also, select_display_field is not linkDisplayFields (note the s) and
select_order_field(s) is now linkDisplayFields.
"Not yet in CVS" is now released.
+ of course the fb_.
