We are facing a problem with 'Auth'. We use this excellent library to connect our application to various external authentication systems. But now we're stuck when we try to connect to a CMS called SPIP, where passwords checking is based on two DB fields. SPIP checks passwords this way :
    $db_password == md5( $db_hazard . $post_password);
Is there an elegant way to solve this problem with Auth ?
Just create your own function and pass it in the configuration array See http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.authentication.auth.auth.auth.php in the $options array you can pass 'cryptType' = 'yourFunction' (default value is 'md5') -- Massimiliano Arione :: http://www.garak.it/ :: ** NO WORD http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/no-word-attachments.html ** ** NO HTML http://www.efn.no/html-bad.html **
