I've also been working on a PHPDoc documentation tool. It might suit your needs better. It currently has some rought edges also, but
I am actively developing it, and will continue to since i rely on it to document projects through my work.
If anyone wants to take a look the website is phpdocu.sourceforge.net. I have no problems including it in PEAR or moving it to any locations
cvs. However i wasn't going to bring that up until i get it to a stage where i feel it is mainly feature complete.

btw: i have contacted the author of phpdoc previously and tried hacking on his code, but i found the code i had already created more useful
for my needs.

Is there a preferred documentation extraction method to use (I find phpdoc => javadoc to be a bit limiting when it comes to PHP language elements).PHPDoc remains the 'official' source documentation tool for PHP.
