I've been writing an application to do curriculum maping for a school using Pear QuickForm and
DB.
This application has several lists of objects. Lists of teachers, lists of classes, lists of ...
I've noticed a common pattern in managing all these lists. One page that lists objects in the
system with hyperlinks to another page that adds, modifies, replicates, or deletes that object.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a better way to write these pages. Quickform
is great for adding and modifying the data in an object, but the page that lists the objects seems
pretty clunky. It also seems that I'm re-inventing the same thing over and over again.
Anyone used QuickForm Controller for this sort of thing. I know it's designed for multi-page
forms, but if one of these pages were a list of items?
Surely someone else has done this sort of thing.
