Hi
I am new to using PEAR but I like what I have seen so far. What I would
like to know is, is there a function like the mysql_fetch_array where you
can reference the result array elements by the column name. I see there
is the method fetchRow but can you use the column names to reference the
elements. All the examples I have seen use the number. This method is ok
but does not make for easy reading of the code.
If there is no such function then can anyone recommend a method for doing
this sort of thing. I would hate to have to go back to using the db
dependant functions.
I am currently using php 4.0.4pl1 with the version of PEAR that comes with
it.
Thanks
Sean
