How to use Pager with HTML_table

Given the excellent example on how to use html_table class on:
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.html.html-table.intro.php
I wonder how I would use:
http://pear.php.net/package/Pager
with HTML_table.
If anyone could provide a snip on how to use Pager with Html_table it will help me very much. When I am at the point: echo $table->toHTML(); at this point I do not see how to use the Pager.
Just a simple example would do it. Thanks,
