there is some blob support in DB_DataObject_Cast, although it only handles postgres at the moment, It could do with more investigation for mysql support.

I'd like to store an uploaded binary (picture) in a mysql table. The upload will come through QuickForm (of course). Is there an example out there of how to take the uploaded file and stuff it into the database? Also, how to write a page of PHP that selects the image and row and then serves up the image with the appropriate mime-type. Thanks, </edg>
