HTML_QuickForm Help

I am having difficulty installing HTML_QuickForm.. It seems to be pointing to directories, that do not exist. For example when I to display a text box, it gives me this error.. *Warning*: main(HTML/QuickForm/input.php) [function.main <http://www.edithonline.com/function.main>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in */home/joe.hendrix/www/edithonline.com/includes/QuickForm/HTML/QuickForm/text.php* on line *22* *Fatal error*: main() [function.require <http://www.edithonline.com/function.require>]: Failed opening required 'HTML/QuickForm/input.php' (include_path='/www/includes/') in */home/joe.hendrix/www/edithonline.com/includes/QuickForm/HTML/QuickForm/text.php* on line *22 *I am somewhat confused, on how come everyone else has no problem running it, is it somthing I am doing wrong? Here is how my directory is set up.. /www/edithonline.com/ < root /inlcudes <quick form location /library <location of where quickform is called from etc... Can someone help me, or point me to a site that can help..
