Quickform Hierselect ICANTBELIEVE Problem

A dynamically built array refuses me to hierselect, it always shows in the
second box the courses of [1](Paartanz) even if group [2] is selected, it
stays at the courses of [1].
I made it veeeeeery simple to follow:
