I don't understand why I keep getting the error "DB Error: insufficient permissions" when everything is right.
I have something like:
$dsn = array(
'phptype' => 'mysql',
'username' => $dbuser,
'password' => $dbpass,
'hostspec' => $dbhost,
'database' => $dbname,
);
$db = DB::connect($dsn);
if(DB::isError($db)) {
die($db->getMessage());
}
The username, password, db name, everything, are correct. It works fine with mysql_connect().
Does it work right with?:
mysql_connect($dbhost, $dbuser, $dbpass)
or die('Cannot connect to mysql');
mysql_select_db($dbname)
or die('Cannot select database');
