I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but pearweb automatically
changes what I put in the changelog to links to the bugs in question,
see: http://pear.php.net/package/PHP_CompatInfo/download/ to see this in action.
I think this is quite fair. Besides, they are very small and trivial things. This is aftel all the *5th* RC.
