Hi,
To install anything for PEAR on windows system, using easyPHP open a
command system window (start/run/cmd.exe) go to C:\Program
Files\EasyPHP1-8\php (or in the place you installed easyPHP and type
pear install HTML_QuickForm
for the rest, have a look at http://pear.php.net/manual/en/installation.cli..php
