hello: while going thru the documentation of PEAR_ErrorStack http://pear.php.net/manual/en/core.pear.pear-errorstack.intro.php the first example shows // use the callback $dbstack->setDefaultCallback(array(&$myobj, 'errorCallback')) now it seems the intent of the above method invocation is to use the callback only for the dbstack. However when reading the documentation for the method setDefaultCallback it mentions that it should be called statically. http://pear.php.net/manual/en/core.pear.pear-errorstack.setdefaultcallback.php any reason why the method is being called with an instance of the errorstack ?
please open a bug. It honestly doesn't matter how you call it in php 4, the method simply doesn't use $this, but it will matter in the static-sensitive pHP 5. Greg
